How do you all handle people who bid, win and do not pay. No communication from them at all. It's so frustrating.

After 4 days, you can cancel the transaction based on "Buyer hasn't paid." The buyer gets a strike on their account and if they get 2 in one year they will find that many sellers have chosen to automatically block them from bidding/buying based on this record.

In addition to @nobody*s_perfect - add them to your Blocked Bidders List

ALSO, instead of auctions, do Buy It Now listings with Immediate Payment Required. For example, you have a creamer up for auction with a $249 starting bid? Just make it BIN.

Why not simply use the tools eBay offers you?  If your buyer has not paid in 96 hours, you, the seller, can cancel, citing "buyer did not pay" as the reason.

Respectfully, I understand your response. But week after week it gets very obnoxious.

As an eBay seller, you can only use the tools you are given here.

Did not check to see what you sell, but maybe BIN, IPR would be a better fit for you.

I haven't had one in years.  You have to make the choice to either switch to buy it now/fixed price or continue with auctions.  Are auctions really worth the hassle?  If that many don't pay, I can't see the benefit overall.

Do you have your preferences set to block non-payers that have been reported?
