How do i know when my store obligation subscription has expired?

Store subscriptions do not expire. They renew automatically. If you don't want an annual store subscription  to renew, and if you don't want to pay an early-termination fee, then you should cancel the subscription at any time during its final month.

If you aren't using Seller Hub, then check under My eBay > Account tab > Subscriptions.
