it doent work i get an infinite loop wher ei must select a topi but no link to request a call

there is nowhere at bottom to type agent. and all contact link make you select. topic but offer no option =to request a call its an infinite loop

1. Go to help and contact. 2. At the bottom of the page there is a tab "" Contact us"". Click on it. 3. Select the appropriate department. 4. On the left side of the screen there will be "" Chat with our associate "" option. Click on it and write word ""call"". 5. Then only it will show ""call us ""or ""have us call you"" option."
