Are you set up in Managed Payments so you can be paid?

The 1st thing to do is learn all you can and get your account set up.

Have you been approved to sell?  My guess is no because you've only signed onto eBay not even 2 weeks ago.  The advisors and helpfuls here are not teachers.  You need to do your own research and find out what is necessary and required to sell on eBay.  Here are some links to get you started

Make sure you apply for a business license as that is a requirement for those in your community.  You also need to sign on as a business account.  Read rules/policies what ever you can and cannot do or sell on Ebay.  Important.

They don't need to have an eBay business account to sell from Sri Lanka. They do need a business license. However that doesn't  mean an eBay business account is also required. It is not. They can sell on either a personal or a business account. The type of Payoneer account needs to match the type of eBay account.

You don't  complete your first listing if you have not been approved to sell.

After sucessfully linking a Payoneer account to eBay, then it takes 2-4 weeks before you get an email saying you're all set.  For Sri Lanka it's closer to 4 weeks to get approved.
