How do I submit a feature request?

I want to submit something to the eBay product and development team. How do I make suggestions to eBay to improve their app?

The only way I know of is to post it in the "Report eBay Technical Issues" thread:

I know I've spoken to Customer Support before, asking them to put in a suggestion/request.  They said they would but they didn't have me hold on the line while they did it, like they do for EVERYTHING else.  I'm doubtful anything was submitted.
