Well, I finally did it

I actually listed something fresh, not just ended and did sell similar. The listing photos looks like a pile of crap per usual, but at least it's out there lol This is the first thing I've listed since June of 2022.

Buyer Having Issues Paying Due to eBay

He accepted my offer, but when he tries to pay, gets a message from eBay stating that the seller doesn't ship to his state (CA) and, therefore, can't send money. I did not set any sort of limit like this. What can I do to correct this immediately?
