How do I set for buyer to pay return shipping? I've been around this site until I'm dizzy without an answer. I do not mind accepting returns but don't want to pay shipping costs on them....Help!

Are you using a computer or a cellphone?

If the buyer filed a case for item not as described, you are responsible for return shipping, and providing a label.

The Return Preferences are in your Selling Preferences (go to your name in the top left of any eBay page, click Account Settings, then Selling Preferences, then Return Preferences). I see a set of rules when I pull it up, with options for each rule. You probably just have one default rule, or some people may see a different set of settings I think. Either way, you can adjust your settings there to Buyer Pays for return shipping, and then it'll update on all of your listings.

Here is how to do "bulk edit" of all your listings using a computer:
Go to LISITNG, ACTIVE (click on listing you want to edit)
Click EDIT
When edit screen opens (click on all listings to select)
Click BULK EDIT
Click RETURN OPTIONS
Click RETURN SHIPPING PAY BY (select BUYER)
SAVE CHANGES

Thank those that have shown you how to set that preference, but pay attention to the reply from bonjourami that the preference is meaningless in an not as described dispute. That is all a buyer has to do to bypass the buyer pays return shipping. I have gotten returns that I had to pay for for packages that had not even been opened.
