I just tried to list something that is usually free for me and it was not.  I'm in the Seller Hub.

Good Moms let you lick the Beaters.

Great Moms turn them off first.

Look in the Seller Hub block entitled Promotional Offers.

I didn't even know that.

Always have moire free listings than I know what to do with so was never concerned.
