How do I return a overpayment of shipping?

I have a buyer that bought a number of items from me.  I now want to return to him the unused portion of the shipping.  I was able to do this in the past with PayPal.  How is this completed with the new managed payments??

easy peasy..........just go to the order in Orders on Seller hub......click on the dropdown arrow and "refund" is about 3/4 of the way down........click on it and proceed..........
