Seller Protection Issue: Dealing with customer service outside the US. I have been lied to several times and given dates of financial transactions that never existed by ebay reps. Process has been ongoing for about 1.5-2 months. I asked the CS Supervisor outside the US about the suspected fraudulent activity and was told they would self-report. At this point I do not believe anything being told to me after what I have been dealing with. How do I get in touch with someone at ebay inside the US about this really unusual activity. No one will give me any information on how or where to report this. I have been selling on ebay since 2003 so I'm familiar with the typical ebay runaround, this is different ! Please anyone from ebay USA reach out to me by phone!

What is the fraud. It sounds serious. Maybe someone going to prison?

If you have a real case of fraud, would you not contact your states Attorney General?

Well, I don't know who you've been reaching out to... but don't do it on the phone.
You can reach qualified eBay C/S beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. You'll set up two-way (email) communication with Reps who have the training and resources to actually provide service. Trust me and good luck.

Doesn't sound like you are talking to eBay, scammers frequently send fake "payment verifications".

Where did you find this out of the US Ebay phone number?
