How do I report a buyer/seller who's harassing me?

I have a buyer/seller on here that's harassing me about what I'm selling and the prices I'm asking for this item. I want to report them to ebay so I don't have to deal with this any more. How do I go about taking care of this. They've been blocked, but somehow can still message me...

A previous listing for "Walt Disney Song of the South-NTSC VHS - VERY RARE, TESTED" was listed at $1550 but sold for $250.
