I'm trying to put my first item up for sale on eBay, but I can't. The site says I need to register as a seller, but it doesn't show me how to do that.
Please, does anyone know the step by step process on how I can register as a seller?

In the Seller Hub, click the Payments tab and scroll towards the bottom.
There will be an area to enter your payment information.

Thanks, but in which area? part of the site?

Go down to the Payouts section, near the bottom.

Edit: wrong links for this seller as they are not in the US, but leaving these links for others who may find this thread.
The Seller Hub is a part of the site you'll want to familiarize yourself with. You can access it from the My eBay menu at the top towards the right, click on Selling from there, or if you haven't opted in yet (which is likely), go to this link and see if it asks you to opt into the Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
You can also try this link to go directly to your payments settings: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin

@kensgiftshop , @jonathanbrightlight , the OP is located in Brazil, so I don’t think the advice presented will help them.
@jbrunellijr ,
believe you will have to open a Payoneer account to get paid. You should do that first, as it can take time to get approved. And if you couldn’t open an account with them (rare, but it does happen), you wouldn’t want to risk selling something and not be able to be paid. You’re asking this question on the USA site, so I don’t know exactly how your eBay account pages are going to look.

Here's how to register as a seller on eBay.com, when you are not based in the USA. Step by step:
