How do I pay Final Value Fee and Shipping Fee out of the payment Buyer made?

I recently sold an item and the buyer received it.   I received the bulk of the payment in my paypal account minus tax and paypal fee. 

The bulk of the buyer's payment went straight to Paypal without the FVF and Shipping label being deducted from the payment. Now the FVF is waiting to be "invoiced". Why don't they just take it out of the payment?

All these things are difficult to find amongst the vast array of menus and hidden categories

- How do I pay for the FVF and Shipping label? If I do it from my paypal account will I be charged a fee? I want the transaction to be all kept on the same payment medium. Ebay sure makes this whole process aggravating.

On the 'Overview' page entitled "My eBay Selling Overview" there is no 'Make a Payment' button.  I switched to classic view which I like much more but there is still no 'Make a Payment' button.  There is only 'List an Item' to the right and at the bottom.

I'm sure sorry! Mine says Overview in my Seller Hub. I don't know what 'view' I'm in... it's my default. Good luck!

I thought I had but I purchased a Fedex shipping label from Ebay.  (Ebay was not selling UPS labels at the time.  They said I had to setup a UPS account.)   I see thanks.  So I have to wait for the invoice.  Why do they do each shipping service separately?  Will I be able to pay the invoice from my paypal balance without further fees?

I cannot find 'Seller Hub', only 'Seller Dashboard' as the alternative to 'Overview'.  What's up with Ebay why do they have multiple page to cover the same thing??  How can I get to 'Seller Hub' from the homepage?

Ok I figured out how to pay the FVFs from the Homepage>Click on your name in the upper left>Account Settings>Under selling go to Seller Accountⓘ> then scroll down to "one-time payment using PayPal or another payment method." >Click on 'one-time payment' and you can pay the fee.
UFF!  Ebay sure makes that HARD to find. What's the deal with that? 

So now I need to figure out how to pay for shipping?  So I think I'll wait for the darn invoice.  All this sure is a deterrent to selling more items.
