I mean on my feedback, some are private but others show what I bought or sold

When feedback shows that a listing was Private, it's because the seller set it up that way. It's a checkbox on the listing form.

Feedback shows the listing titles of feedback that you've received as a seller, but your feedback as a buyer shows listing titles only to yourself. Nobody else can see what you've purchased just by looking at your feedback comments.

You can make your buying feedback private but then you can't sell anything as a sellers feedback has to be public.

Nobody else can see what you have bought.

You would need to set up another account to use as your purchasing account if you wanted to hide your FB.  Sellers can NOT have private FB.
