And get these idiotic flag bingo cards out of my way? Or whatever they are.

Two of this thing are blocking my messages. More stupidity.

👀 What the heck?

I saw someone on Twitter post a screenshot of the same thing. 👀
I know they are messing with Messaging to rollout the "new experience", sure seems like it has introduced a bunch of bugs and errors.

Clarity is your friend: ebay messages or community board messages?
If this has to do with ebay messages, they are switching to the new system...if there's a problem, it's likely a short term glitch while they do that.
If it's community messages, I have no idea. LOL

@chapeau-noir I'll admit, if I saw this mess....I'd be pretty tempted to give them exactly what they ask for in that concluding graphic, but they may regret asking. 😂

If this is ebay messages and if this is a glitch related to the roll out an if you really need to read a message you can't get to, try the app. I don't think this is being rolled out on the app just yet?

If you are using a desktop browser, try shift-refresh.
If you are not... try a desktop browser.

That's one of eBay's internal graphic files that is not supposed to be shone
to the public.
Instead of having separate graphic files for every graphic they are going to
use on a web page they create files like that with multiple graphics in one
file that can be selected separately as needed.
When the page was loading instead of picking which graphics to use from that
file to display the graphics on the page it couldn't so it displayed the whole file.
The issue is with eBay's coding so if they are playing around with it hopefully it will
be a temporary glitch.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques
I've actually had two experiences this last week with customers messaging me through their purchase history page that I highly suspect may be related either to this or an eBay glitch in messaging. They both thought they were contacting a different seller but Ebay connected them to me. This was confirmed by the buyers. Additionally, the other day I was purchasing something on eBay myself and my normal payment method didn't work because eBay linked me incorrectly to it. Had to circumvent it a bit. I find it concerning.....that's the third instance of something going haywire with eBay connecting buyers/sellers, and I may have a 4th one going on right now that remains unresolved. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this over the last few days.

If this is the "new experience" of the future, I'm glad I'm old.

When you have crappy internet, that's what the whole WWW looks like half the time. I just refresh the page.

@myhomeschooldelights I haven't heard of anyone having wires crossed like that, but that is definitely concerning!
