I recently had TWO(2) people buy a costly item from me that "Bought" the item but did not pay. These were both scammers for different reasons. One was set up as a United States account and had a shipping address to Kenya & the other, after relisting the item, sent an offer for the same "Buy it Now" price (RED FLAG) Once I accepted the offer, I immediately receive a message from the buyer asking for my PayPal email to complete the purchase... Which was NOT given to them. I messaged back asking them to send a screenshot from eBay prompting them with this message. I did not receive another message from them.
NOW... I am out two hefty price points for my monthly seller limit and can only sell one of the two things I have listed if I cannot get those false sales back.
Any help or advice would be appreciated! (:

The items sold, even though you didn't get paid, they still count as a listing/sale against your monthly limits.
