How do I get rid of the "Save with combined shipping"

My shipping prefrences are set up that I don't combine shipping , although in most cases I do combine shipping, if you take a look at any of my listings this is what is below the bid price

Save with combined shipping

it is automatically under the bid price, the problem with this is when a person bids on multiple auctions and there in this case will be eight cards the weight and thickness of package exceeds what ebay allows under its ebay standard shipping. So when a buyer sees that save with combine shipping they think they I will be combining shipping when I won't since my shipping preferences are set for no combined shipping.   Any suggestion on how to handle this situation and how to get rid of it saying that I do combine shipping.

I am not sure this will work, but try turning off combined shipping here:

It should say "Not Specified" beside each

Combined shipping rules  

Flat shipping rule                        Not specified

Calculated shipping rule        Not specified

Promotional shipping rule     Not specified

Let me know if that works or doesn't work. I can make more suggestions if it doesn't work.

See if you can select No Discount from the drop down, and save that.

No I only have next or cancel as my only two options

Hi,  Here in New Jersey we are not seeing "save with combined shipping' on our listings. With our shipping charges being all the same ($6.29 & $1.25 for each additional item) We listed our "flat shipping charges" thru. our business policies.  Maybe this would help?  Anyone?  Good Luck!

I have another account with mostly Buy it Now's, checked a few and none of them show the combined shipping offer. Also has auctions with buy it now attached to them and none of them show the combined shipping offer. so maybe it only affects auctions

4 Steps

1) Select No Discount

2) Select NEXT

3) Select Specify handling cost....
4) SAVE

@jamesbondgoldfinger  One more thing to add ... although there are types of combined shipping options as mentioned by others above (in your preferences), keep in mind that when you do offer or not offer combined shipping it is on a per listing basis (or in my case per shipping business policy).

Assuming you use business policies, make sure that you specify "None" as indicated on each policy where you DON'T want to see combined shipping.

If you don't use business policies, I think there is a similar option on each listing form.  Good luck!
