I bought 6 of the same item (they are all from a single listing with multi quantity) from a seller. The items arrived together in one box. I want to return all 6 shirts (the sizing was inaccurate, and all the shirts were the same size) but upon on initiating the return, the form didn't allow me to specify the quantity of items I want to return, only showing 1/6 (screenshot below). no where on the listing said I could only return 1 item. I am still within the return frame window and seller offers free return. How can I return all of my order?

Since it was all purchased under one order number, it all goes back under one case. A not as described case.

thanks! so you are saying even though it says return quantity is 1/6 on the return form, I should send all 6 shirts back ? But under the request amount on the return form, it says I'd just get the refund of one item (screenshot) - would I still get a refund for all 6 shirts?

Not if the return amount is incorrect. Try and open a case for each of the other items. It may be set up that way.
