I think you can continue to give feedback to your buyers without a saved feedback list. It may not be as easy or as flexible, but I think you can still do it.

I keep seeing these posts, but both of my selling accounts with recent sales still show the ability to type whatever I want (see below pic). Is it different for different sellers?:

@Anonymous Many of us are seeing a new screen, where our saved FB has disappeared. It's a stupid new screen with sample FB that assumes you are a buyer, even though you're a seller. Also, mine is swapping in & out. I had the stupid new screen 2 days ago. Yesterday it was back to the screen you posted & today it's back to the stupid new screen.

OP, I think you'll just have to type it in if you're on the new screen. I know eBay has been getting a lot of complaints about it, so hopefully they'll get it changed so we can access our saved FB (& fix all the other things wrong with it).

My feedback page doesn't look like your example. I still use ebay's original system, does that makle a difference? rozphoto

I think it does make a difference.........what is shown in the screen shot is the same as I use in Seller hub.....going either from the "leave feedback" on the summary page or from the Paid & Shipped page dropdown menu on each item. It does and has continued to hold my stored feedback comments.

Thank you. ebay wants ALL sellers to use the newer seller hub. This is just another way to get rid of the sellers who still use the old system. Regards, rozphoto
