FEEDBACK.. I can 't post it. Another glitch?

Today I wanted to post a feedback for a buyer on my main seller account.  It's impossible.  The comment already is already filled with a comment regarding the quality of the item.    What is going on?  First time since 1998 that I cannot post a feedback.

The filled in comment will disappear once you start typing in your own feedback comment.

Yes, the new "suggested" comment is confusing, but it will disappear.
