How do I get feedback removed?????

I just got the most ridiculous negative ever because of the buyers mistake and he negs me. What a tool.

You can get that removed.

We remove neutral/negative feedback when we can see that:

The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing

Click the button at the bottom of that help page to file the request.

I do this to get negative and neutral feedback removed. 

Removal request reason:Doesn t follow eBay policies (examples:legal concern, manipulation, extortion, etc.)

Additional info:Buyer left negative feedback without contacting me regarding any issues. Would have gladly refunded upon return of the item.
