How do I find previous sales

I've recently noticed that a few items that I've sold in the past have somehow been relisted without me knowing it and then the way that I find out is that somebody purchases the item that's already been sold and I don't have it so is there a way that I can look back and check just to make sure that I'm not just going crazy

Yes. Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid and Shipped.

I keep a spreadsheet with all our active items (~6000, so it’s a big spreadsheet), and then I periodically download a list of our active listings and compare the titles to what we think we have listed. I do this about once a week and usually find a handful of listings that are not marked correctly on my spreadsheet (human error on my part), or occasionally one or two listed still when they shouldn’t be. That’s still usually human error, a quantity set wrong or a double click at some point in the process, but I have rarely run into what’s known around here as ghost listings, which are annoying when they happen but haven’t been an issue in quite a while for me personally.
