How do I find a sold item by it's tracking number.

Hello,

As a Seller I have entered a USPS tracking number on the wrong item. Now that I found the item that was supposed to have that number I'm not able to add and I can't find the former. Is there a way to search an item by it's TN or any other solutions?

Go to Shipping label page in Seller hub

you can search by tracking # there......

Go to your Orders page.

On a PC hit Ctrl + F

On a Mac hit Cmd + F

(F for Find)

Hitting those 2 keys at once brings up a search box. Put in the tracking number. It will take you directly to the section of the page with that tracking number - unless your order is on page 2 or 3. Change the display to 200 orders per page (bottom right) and it should easily come up on the first page or two, depending on your volume.
