I have some questions please as a new seller, recently I received some sales Item, But I cancel it because of the item is sold out and the shipping company couldn't ship it because of coronavirus and this lockdown ... and eBay calculate the fees as final value and those orders are successful sales , although i cancel the orders and the buyers received their refund ( I have invoices from Paypal )... and when I contact Ebay support team , they told me that All my orders are successfull sales ?
Can you help me guys as a new seller

I believe you are saying you cancelled the orders because you were out of stock. Paypal fees are never refunded, but the ebay fees should have been refunded. Did you actually cancel the order in ebay? Or did you just refund the money from Paypal. You need to actually cancel the orders in ebay to get the ebay fees back. If you haven't done so already, do it now.

Plus, be very careful about these cancellations for Out Of Stock, too many of those and your selling privileges will be restricted.
It's a common problem with dropshippers!

HOW did you cancel them? If you just refund the Paypal payment, you are not cancelling on Ebay. You have to file the proper cancellation to get a fee credit. Did you do that? Tell us how you cancelled so we can better advise you.

Unfortunately I didn't cancel the orders from ebay , because I am a new seller I didn't know , so i think it's my fault ... so there is no solution for this case ?

Correct, and this is not a mistake or an oversight.
eBay wants to punish you for not being able to fulfill an order so that you learn a lesson and do not do it again.
eBay does not want you to be out of stock, because it disappoints buyers and discourages them from using the site.

If it's not too late, you can still file the Cancellation.
Go to your Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the down-arrow and select Cancel Order. Part of the process is to refund the buyer. If you used the ISSUE A REFUND in the Paypal payment to refund the buyer, you will not be refunding twice.
