Rarely happens, but I need to call a buyer. Where can I find their contact information again? The link https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_skipfnorm=1&_sofindtype=9 doesn't seem to be working when you try and get results. Anyone know?

Is it in the Sales Record?
(Sold listings >> Click on the record #)
My sales records all show the buyer's email address and phone number (if they have one on file)

I am not seeing any other way.
But imo I would do it through ebay email only to keep a record of it in case thee is a problem later.

It's a bit of an urgent matter for the buyer. It's not heated or anything, just urgent. We sent a few messages back and forth just fine but they've stopped responding 9 days ago.

If he has not responded in 9 days, then it cannot be that urgent.
Or maybe he figured it out for himself.

@emerald40Yea I suppose you are right. The urgency can sometimes be exaggerated in messages. Just one of my attempts to dodge any random negative feedback bullets.
@penguins_dont_flyThanks for the help. I actually called CS and they told me the same thing as a work-around. Acoording to her, apparently there's some sort of international trading law that just went into place yesterday that prohibits ebay from telling you contact information of a seller/buyer. But with the work-around, the info is displayed right there... so technically ebay isn't generating anything to tell me their info.

Hi there,
@penguins_dont_fly @bigdeals.etc
I'm also having trouble figuring out how to find buyer's contact information. I am sending each buyer each message to get their phone number, which really frustrates me.

I guess the answer to the problem is that above but still have no idea what "the record #" is... Would you please guys help me out more specifically like with a screenshot? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea you got it. If the buyer entered a phone number it should be on that page below their shipping address.
Why are you messaging each buyer for their phone number? I hope you mean each buyer you needed to call and not each buyer for every sale you have. You don't need the buyer's phone number for anything really except to call them in rare cases. I don't know the phone number of the majority of my buyers which is fine.

Also, you could get to sales record #1 by clicking 'more actions' by the item and then 'view sales record.' You have to be using the seller hub though.

That explains why I couldn't find that. I'm a a never hubber.
