Personalizing invoices

I’d like to send my buyers a personalized invoice but can’t find how to do it. Are there any templates? Thanks in advance for your help.

I download the .CSV file for the Sales Records and print them off my local computer. I print onto Dymo paper tape.

I can fit all the Sales Record info AND the PayPal transaction number (which is included in the .CSV) onto a receipt that is a couple of inches wide and about 3 or 4" long. It's MUCH more economical than printing on a full sheet and wastes MUCH less paper. I also can add a note to the buyer at the bottom if I want.

Other sellers may have some ideas outside the box, but Ebay has been doing all they can to unpersonalize sellers accounts since the new CEO took over.  He wants everybody to only think about Ebay instead of a Seller on Ebay which is one reason the stores are now so useless and ugly.   In my opinion this has been part of the reason that sales have continued to decrease as he wants everything to be vanilla and look the same with all the white spaces rather than nice and colorful like they used to.  Sellers used to take pride in how their stores and even listings looked until Ebay took all that away and created the current mess in trying to be Amazon Jr.  Its a shame as one of the biggest things Ebay had going for it was the personalized look most sellers had.  That also helped the Buyers pick better Sellers as your better sellers usually took pride in how things looked.  Now you are lucky if your items even show up for sale let alone what your store or invoices are allowed to look like.

We do a similar thing ... we download the data file from eBay, but we then run it through an MS Word Mail merge that extracts the data fields and populates the custom packing slip.

It is a huge time saver, by the way, we can print out 10, 20, or even 50 packing slips with about 1 minute of labor.

In seller hub, I believe there is a way to add your logo to your invoice and you can also add a note/text at the bottom. I just thank my buyers and tell them to contact me if anything doesn't look right.
If you are using SH, this is something you could do.

I send all buyers, auction or BIN,  a short personalized thank you e-mail and just send the generic Ebay invoice when needed.
