How do I change the currency for selling an item. It keeps coming up with USD and I want to use euro

I want to sell in euros but it automatically goes to USD. I cannot find a way to change it. Please help

Are you listing on https://www.ebay.co.uk/ or https://www.ebay.com/ ?   

Without knowing more, I'm guessing you are trying to list on the .com (USA) site instead of .co.uk (UK) site.

If your listing has US$ for currency, you are making the listing on www.eBay.com (eBay USA). The currency is determined by where the eBay website is located, and I don't think there are any exceptions to this any more.

If you want to list in euros, you have to list on a website based in Europe, which does not include eBay UK (www.ebay.co.uk).  eBay Germany, www.ebay.de is the largest eBay site in Europe, but it is in German. Or your local site is eBay Spain www.ebay.es. If you want to use English, I think eBay Ireland www.ebay.ie is your only option.

There must be a mistake. I just looked at www.ebay.es, and it is using Euros, not US$.

If you are seeing US$ when you make your listing you must be on www.ebay.com. Please post a screenshot that shows the URL at the top of the browser window, like my screenshot does.

You are currently signed in to ebay.com, where prices are displayed in dollars.

Sign in to ebay.es and you should see prices in euros.

You are posting on a .com selling board so you must have somehow signed into ebay.com. You need to sign out and then sign into ebay.es.
