How do I change Auction on my Listing to Buy It Now ? I tried on Revise, won't let me.

You have to end it and relist.

If there are "no bids" you can end listing and then relist as "buy it now".

I run lots of auction and have tried in the past and it has never worked....cant be done

you will have to end the auction and then restart it as a buy  it now

trying to change a live auction listing into a buy it now has made me feel really stupid before because I thought others could do it, why cant I?

Nobody can do it. Did you read the thread? You cannot change the basic format of an active listing. You have to end the listing; then when you relist you can revise the format from auction to fixed price.
