Buy it now does not appear

I do not see the Buy it Now on my auction. I started bidding at .99 & also have a Buy it Now for $300. I can see it when I open the listing, but not on the actual action.

Return requests: 14 days from ???

As a seller, I allow returns up to 14 days for any reason. But when does the clock start ticking? The date they pay? The date I ship? The date they receive the shipment? Thanks!

It's deja vu all over again!

Holding funds for 30 days

I get that eBay has to hold funds for a time, especially with very expensive items but we have been forced to opt into this new managed payments and now the funds can be held hostage for 30DAYS!?!?!?! It was bad enough that PayPal did it for 21 days....
