I need to extend all of my auctions handling time from 1 day to 5 days due to moving and not having time to ship 1 day for a while. How do I bulk edit handling time. I am using Selling Magager Pro and cannot find my seller preferences.

In Sales manager Pro you would
- click open your active listings
- Use the check box for the listings you want to change
- Then use the edit button (top left area near the check all box)
- Click on edit selected listings
- When the new filtered results show up us the check all box and
- then look under the drop down box for handling time
- Make your changes all at one time then save he changes.

Good Luck,
Thank you for that info. I started to do it, got side tracked with moving stuff and remembered that you gave me an answer. I came back and changed the shipping EXCEPT ebay says, "all but 2 were changed". Of course they don't say which 2.
OK, all existing auctions were changed (except 2), ebay say to check if I wanted to add this change to my seller hub and I said, "OK". Does that mean future listings will show 5 day handling? Is there no more SELLER PREFERENCES where we just go in and change things?

I would just do all of them again in two seperate edits. Generally when it tells you all but 2 changed it asked if you if you want to continue? Tell it yes, it will make the changes to the ones that changed correctly and leave you with the 2 that did not. I usually then just go and edit them individually.
I use business policies so this is actually a bit easier yet for me. I do not know if eBay is still offering business policies or not but, I would just try the suggestion above and you should be able to make it to the end for all of them.

To find out quickly which two did not update, go to active listings; click on advanced search; handling time 1 day should reveal the two stragglers.
