So, I posted earlier about how I recently sold a couple of items, which the buyer received a week ago, and today they gave negative feedback.
They have sent me a message requesting a refund, but I want them to return the items, how do I do this?
I don't see an option to start a return from my selling page?
Any and all advice will be much appreciated.

You can't. Only the buyer can do that.
Just send them a message and let them politely know that you are willing to refund them as long as they return the item. Ask them to open a Request for Refund and you will process it and send them a shipping label to return the item at your cost.

@jackspea 1st DO NOT refund until u receive the item back
It is the BUYER that has to open a return request case by clicking on 'return this item' next to the purchased item
Depending on the reason they pick for the return will be whether or not the buyer or seller has to pay for the return shipping label
At least this is how it goes on the US site, but since u r in the UK, it might be different, so u should post there to make sure

Whether they follow through on the return or not, you can Reply to their negative feedback.
Keep it factual and professional.

The buyer has now requested the return, and said the item does not match the description or photos.
They have uploaded photos of the items recieved, and the photos match the listing, so how are they not as described?

It may, or may not be as described, but eBay will always side with the buyer in these situations. This happens frequently, especially when the buyer knows they will get shipping paid if they claim Not As Described. It happens to all of us sellers. Send the return label, get the item back, inspect it, and send the refund within the time eBay gives you, or eBay will step in and give the refund out of YOUR funds and let the buyer keep the item.

@jackspea Because it is subjective, but eBay offers a money back guarantee to buyers. As long as the buyer says it is not as described, they win. Simply accept the return so that the system will send the buyer a return shipping label. Once you receive the item back you issue a full refund. That's it, that's all you can do, this is how online selling works. Best of luck to you....

Whether or not the item is as Described or not is irrelevant at this point.
If you want your item back before refunding, make sure the buyer has a prepaid label in the return case and process the refund after you receive the item back.
