I charge a flat rate of $4.50 on my First Class (Ground Advantage) items that weigh less than 16 oz. Works well. But, if I were to want to do a test change to Free on these is there a way I can bulk edit?

Don't over think it, it is actually very easy. Take a look at the following link and then let us know if you still have questions.

Set up Shipping business policies. https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage
Name it whatever, like "Ground Advantage (Free Shipping)", for example with the options you desire.
Maybe even set up one that mimics your old setup "Ground Advantage (Flat Rate $4.50)" in case you want to switch back.
Then bulk edit, Edit > Shipping Policy > Shipping Policy > Change to: and the new one. Boom done.

I'm still messing with it, looks like you have to make a new policies for every different mode of shipping. When I tried to revised a listing but it wanted to change all listings using that template.

I think you can do it in Seller Hub. Check off your listings, go to edit listings, then I think it’s domestic shipping, it will give you options to change your shipping. I just learned this myself, haven’t even tried it yet but it makes total sense. Just wanted to share because it’s an easy solution and I’d like to be able to help those who are going to have to change their shipping. Hope it helps.

By the way, you will be losing money charging that rate for less than 16 oz.
In the most expensive zone.
1-4 Oz 4.13
5-8 oz 4.44
9-12 oz 5.33
13-16 oz 6.78

Yes. Most of my jewelry is 2 or 3 oz. Evens out well for me. Thanks.
