How can you edit an active auction with bids?

I have a current auction with hundreds of views and 4 bids. A few things in the title, description and model number are incorrect. Please tell me there's a way to edit it! I've gone into "what details you can edit"- won't let me do it. You can get NO help from Ebay right now- no calls, VA- nothing! HELP!

You have to cancel all bids before ending the listing.

Canceling the bids does not have to be done separately. The process of ending the listing includes the option to cancel the bids; one step in the process is to choose between canceling the bids or selling to the high bidder. Anyway, this seller has apparently chosen to continue the auction, and just add to the Description.

I just looked at your listing, and sorry to say, I found it really confusing.  Personally I think you should have taken Nobodys*perfect's advice.   I read it is new, never used without the box, then it states hardly used and a box flap is missing, and both of those are ahead of your add on correction.   I hope you emailed the bidders to clarify.
