You can't.
As a seller you can only leave positive feedback for your buyers, the neutral & negative options don't even appear on the feedback page. Leaving a buyer a false positive (a positive feedback with a negative comment) is against eBay policy and will be removed by eBay if the seller asks.

There is no edit button for feedback. You know I had to look (don't know if you are referring to this ID or not), but I didn't see any false negatives or anything which aren't allowed. Since all you can give is a positive, I don't know how an error could occur with doing that.

As stated when leaving feedback "this feedback CANNOT be changed" right before you hit the 'submit' button.
So, you can't.

As the others have noted, you can't change the feedback that you have left. BUT you can leave a followup comment, if that might help clarify the situation.

Same circumstance. I somehow thought I was providing feedback to eBay about my experience as a seller.
Nope, it was left for a buyer!
It was positive, but addressed high shipping costs.
Makes my ineptness blatantly obvious.
OOPS!

You can't.
You can leave a Response to any Feedback, your own or the buyer's. There does not seem to be a time limit on this nor do Responses have to be positive.
But.
The best FB and the best Responses are calm, polite, factual and professional.
Remember the only ones who will ever read them are future potential customers. Don't turn them off by being negative, angry or rude.
Responses are more likely to been seen by those potential customers because they stand out on the page.
If you are having a problem the Response might be "I regret you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for a refund." or perhaps "Offered refund on return. Did not return."
KISS

As we all know, things change all the time on this site. I can share with you that years ago I made a mistake when I left FB for a buyer. I contacted Ebay and they helped me fix the issue. But this was a very long time ago, IDK what they would do today with it. Likely they would just encourage you to use the Followup remark section.

You've left approximately the same FB for your buyers for the past six months.
As you know, buyers can only be given positive feedback.
So what change do you want to make in the FB you've left for someone?

I want to change negative feedback to positive feedback

"The advertisement on this item is misleading and you won’t get what you ordered"
It looks like you are the buyer. If so, ask the seller to send you a feedback revision and you can change the feedback from that.

Ask the seller to send you a formal "Feedback revision request." If he doesn't know how, you can direct him here:
