Not really sure what Star notes are but if you have a payment account set up and have been approved to sell, sell them on the site you created today. Do you have any selling experience on the internet? If not I would try to learn and do some research before selling anything. Make sure you get your payment account set up first. You also need to read all the rules and policies eBay requires you to abide by.
