Customer requested a return

Hello! 
my buyer requested a return and eBay sent me an email saying the buyer has till such date to ship back, but I haven’t received the return label. Does eBay forward that to the customer? I accepted the request but I thought I was to send it.

If you arranged the return label through an eBay return request then the label is sent directly to the buyer.

 

If the buyer does not use the label or does not return using their own label the request will eventually time out and any hold on funds will be ended. This can take several weeks so just hold tight and keep quiet because the best possible result is that the buyer doesn't actually send the item back and you get to keep your money.

Once you okayed  the return  ,You should have  return label  box to click on to send  it.    Unless the tech boys  changed the system for it again.  go to  your top page   sold items hit contact help request call back.

You don't get the return label.. the buyer gets that in their Ebay Messages inbox. They print it out and slap it onto the package
