How can I send my buyer a return label after the buyer has received the item and wants to return it?

I have a buyer for a watch that I sold and he is complaining that the watch is too small and to service the battery costs $30+. Being the nice person that I am, I am willing to send a return label but my listing doesn't have returns accepted. How would I send a return label? I will cover shipping if needed. Any advice is needed.

@beebsdiecastaddiction   Ask him to file a return request- you can accept the return.  I'd ask him to file for 'doesn't fit' as if they file for 'defective' or something like that, you'll pay for the label, which you're willing to do, but also get a black mark on your account, which you don't want, and it's evident that the watch is too small.

eBay will generate the label and he can return it to you.

A buyer can request to return an item even if you do not accept returns.

You can accept the return, and a label can be automatically be provided by eBay when you do that. You will see that option.

Who pays for the label depends upon the reason for return.
