How can I fix the problem when they won't tell me what the problem is?

eBay has removed 5 of my listings.  They think it looks like I am selling something off eBay.  I have sold on eBay for 20 years and I don't cheat.  On the correction page, this statement is made:

"This listing has a policy violation. It's hidden until you can fix it."

What is this?  a game?  How can I fix the problem if they won't tell me exactly what it is?  When I called eBay, the eBay person hinted that they don't know the answer because that is all done thru AI.

Any thoughts?

Just a thought...maybe others can tune in.

Item saids country of origin : Sri Lanka

Country/ Region of Manufacture : USA

And description has 'Ceylon' as a country in it.

We know Ceylon became Sri Lanka but eBay artificial Intelligence might not yet.

Maybe use the country USA for all three areas instead of 3.

You had 5 listings removed...it doesn't mean more will not be removed in the future...as maybe only 5 got identified by a person or company or eBay itself reported and de-listed.

I had the same problem where 5 got removed but had 55+ still with policy violation.

Anyway, I too love a mystery.

eBay does eventually will come back and let you appeal them...under not sold category...but I don't remember the time frame.
