How can I avoid "make best offer" being automatically added to my listing when it relists?

Revise your listing and click on box to turn off "best offer".    However, even after "best offer" is turned off EBAY still allows customers "make offer" (through contact seller page).

Use the Advanced listing tool rather than using the app or quick listing tool. When you pull up the Advanced format, a little blurb will appear urging you not to use the format unless you are a large or business seller. Just ignore that. The Advanced format has more options and i find it easier to use. This might prevent the Best Offer feature from defaulting to the on position.
