I recommend that you put a statement in your description telling buyers not to pay if they are buying more that one item from you. Tell them to add the items to their cart and then request total from there. Sometimes they listen. When you give a partial refund, you still pay FVFs on the original total.
doesn't help. I have a statement describing the exact steps to take but buyers just pay and then send messages saying I promised combined shipping. Sad - buyers don't read - esp using mobile devices. They just see the photo, buy and pay.
