Hello,
please how can I add items to my store (starter store), I can only put 4 featured items !

Trinton, they should be able to change their location through one of their featured listings because they can see those featured listings even from a location they don’t ship to. I was able to go into the store with a Moroccan location, click on a featured listing and change from Morocco to the US.
You mentioned earlier about a location always defaulting to the actual location but I don’t experience that. My default is in Canada but I usually search with a US location. When searching it will eventually default back to Canada but I don’t have to continually change it back and forth.
I do agree that although the op may not be able to see their store, it definitely can be seen by many so they don’t have to worry in that respect. I was just more curious as to why the op couldn’t see their store listings as it can sometimes be fun to try and troubleshoot.

either with US or moroccan location I see only the four items (look at the picture)

When you click on one of those 4 items and then click on the shipping tab, does it show a US location and zip code?

Hi @pjcdn2005 & @atlas-brothers - I'm sorry for any confusion, but changing the shipping location in a listing or in search will not have any impact on what is shown in the store. This may have at one point been an effective workaround, but it does not change anything at this time. As I've stated before, @atlas-brothers will need to change the primary shipping address on file for their account or change the locations that they ship to in their listings to be able to view the listings themselves.
@atlas-brothers, please let me know what you are looking to see so we can provide you with the information you are looking for. If you are just looking to confirm your items are visible, I can reiterate that any buyer who is in a location you ship to can see your items in your store.

I was looking to see all my items because I thought that other buyers won't be able to see all items in my store, but you have confirmed me that they are visible. Please can you share a screenshot to show me how it looks in my store.Thank you.
Happy to share, @atlas-brothers!
There are more listings shown below the photo I provided, but I hope this represents how a buyer would see your items in your store and helps to reassure you 🙂

last question, I promise...
I understand what you’re saying but does that apply only in some cases? If changing location doesn’t have an impact on what can be seen in a store why is it that when I change my location to Morocco in the op’s store the view changes so that I see the same as what the op sees..4 featured listings and no other listings? I don’t understand why I can mirror what the op sees by changing location but that they can’t see what I do by also changing location.

Hi @pjcdn2005, happy to clarify - changing your location in search or in the listing has no impact on the location used for shipment in a seller's store. If you change your location while looking at the items in a seller's store, it will have an impact. The location change made in other views of the items simply won't carry over to the store view. The OP cannot change their shipping location on the store page, since no items are shown - you have to be able to see items in a seller's store to change the ship to location for those items. If no items are displayed, the option to change the ship to location doesn't exist. You can recreate this by going to the seller's store on your account, and changing the ship to address to a location they do not ship to. After you do this, you will only see the 4 featured items and there will be no option to change your ship to location on this page.
As you can see in the screenshot above, there is no option to change what is shown in search results/adjust the ship-to location, because there are 0 results to display for a ship-to location the seller does not ship to. Since their primary shipping address on file is to a location they do not have a shipping option for, this is what they will see every time. They would need to change their primary shipping address on file or change their shipping options in their listings to see items displayed here.
