How can I add a video to my post, there is not an option to add a video?

I'm try to add a video to my post, and don't see the option, also can't tell if I'm using the new listing tool that's available.

You want to add a video to a "post". This is a "post". Or do you mean you want to add a video to a LISTING?

If you mean a listing, are you using a PC to list, or the ebay app? 

You can't list a video on the app, you can only do it with a PC.

I had the same problem.  I almost always use my phone app to upload pictures because, of course, that's how I take the pictures in the first place.  Also, of course, that's what I use to make videos.  For some reason eBay not only doesn't accept videos from the phone BUT ALSO doesn't say so in the "Photos & Video | Upload from Mobile" selection.  That button *should* read "Upload from Mobile (photos only)".  There is some fine print in the next screen but that's easily overlooked.  No problem... with enough hassling around people will figure it out.
