How about Ebay Giving us something for revising 100s and 1000s of listings ?

I have close to 1000 listings that now need recommended and suggested item specifics changed back, and and an unknown number which need to be put into the proper category. This is taking hours and hours of my time and probably costing me sales.

Many sellers have even more work to do to fix these issues.

Ebay could apologize and make it up in some manner. Send me a goodie bag at least.

So sending YOU a goodie bag will make everything fine for all sellers! Got it.

Read the title, seller is asking on behalf of all sellers.

When ebay updated the required IS for trading cards, I had to update almost 3600 listings. The bulk editor is your friend. Every day on my lunch break I would do 50 and when I got home and finished listing new items I did 50 more. I got it done in about 2 weeks, way before the deadline. One IS was totally stupid (is the card graded?). Believe me, if a card is graded, card sellers tell you because it makes the card more valuable. But whatever. I buckled down and did it. Just one of those things ya gotta go. Good luck.

Well they wouldn't-- those first two terms would basically be ignored. The 1980-90  is a possible human Search though.

If you have an exact year, at least in Books and Stamps you can add that as a Custom Value. (forgot the name eBay gives.)

No apology needed as they are just recommending and suggesting. It is a way for you to increase buyer views and is all up to you.

I spent 6 hours adding new item specifics yesterday, and there were specifics they wanted that didn't even pertain to the category I had these items listed in.  This morning, everything I added is now gone, even the original specifics!  I'm now being told that these items must be added soon.  I did it yesterday?  This is irritating as you know what!  I was going to list new items today, now I have to do everything I did yesterday, again today?  eBay is going to lose $$$ over this!
