How a Good Buyer Experience GBE Change into Bad Buyer Experience BBE

Recently my account has been evaluated and restricted under the BBE category OUT OF STOCK for 3/three transactions, and a limit reduction has been applied to my account without any fault from our end which has caused a bad effect on my business.

 

2/Two transactions were canceled by eBay itself, notifying us through an email and I returned the funds immediately to eBay. Otherwise, we had to provide a tracking number or otherwise had to face a late shipment dispatch alert for the orders that were already canceled by eBay!

 

In 3rd transaction, after dispatching the item we issued a full refund as a DISCOUNT to the buyer as a goodwill gesture, later, the item was also delivered, and positive feedback was received in favor which indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the item, and our service, and the buyer went through a Good Buying Experience and the item is also not out of stock.

 

Am Unable to understand and find out our fault here, and how an eBay canceled order and positive feedback order can fall under the BBE, OUT OF STOCK category!

 

I communicated this issue with the eBay team and they just keep saying the eBay system manages this evaluation, Thus, it will not be possible for eBay to remove such transactions from the seller's dashboard.

Now my active listing is under limit reduction which is falling day by day and I am unable to relist any items or new ones.

 

 Life is getting harder with every passing day and I have been punished for the fault I didn’t make or I guess being good and honest was my mistake!   

 

I need help and advice here to overcome this problem. And please don’t return or refund the money to anyone until they open a request.

Yes, I had highlighted this system error on eBay technical issues and am looking for help from the seller community if someone has faced such an issue before!
