Hi. I found this in today via google, but i realize this is part of manage my store. so im trying to go there via manage my store page. there are no option or link to access to this page. this page can also upload logo, store themes, and many things.

That's a screenshot for the old legacy store format. Your store is in the new format. This is the page to edit your store logo/name/description-
