I've been on ebay for over a month now and haven't been able to sell a single thing. I've gotten offers and bids and sales. But every time the buyer either requests to pay outside of ebay, or the transaction is cancelled because it was supposedly "made without the account owner's permission". This is getting super tiresome and annoying. Is there a way to avoid these types of buyers? Any red flags to look out for in profiles or anything? I need some help!

If you stop accepting offers, you will stop the people who make offers and do not pay.
If you set immediate Payment Required, you will stop the people who buy fixed price items and do not pay.

Hi @chamc7527
New sellers without feedback are the ones most targeted by scammers. You would have an easier time if you gathered some feedback from buying before launching into selling. [There's usually a lot of inexpensive household items you can purchase to get feedback.]
If you want to continue selling with your current profile ... then list your items with Immediate Payment Required ... without Best Offers.

Youre a new seller selling expensive electronic items that are major targets for scammers. Youre better off selling them locally. Or do what was already mentioned. BIN with immediate payment. That should stop, but not guaranteed as they may try to return item and send a box of rocks.
Browse this board. There are plenty of posts about this very subject. Good luck!
