How Can I Get My Paypal Records from 2018?

       I need them to file an amended income tax return.  I made a mistake in filing -- so the iRS saw what went into my PP account in 2018, but not what I spent FROM my PP account to buy new merchandise to sell.  That purchase amount lowers my 2018 taxable income considerably. 

      I have great difficulty contacting PP.  I know, this is probably my fault as well. 

But can someone please tell me how to contact PP to get my 2018 records?  The available records do not go back that far.

You might want to hire a CPA to do your amended return. Sounds like your trying to write something off. You bought items to sell which would be inventory. You cannot deduct the cost of inventory and then deduct the cost of the item you sold. That would be double dipping. Just a guess on what you are saying.

how to contact PP to get my 2018 records?

I'm confused about what you are asking..........just go the PP site, sign in and your records should be shown your account.  Do you mean you can't sign in or can't find them once you are signed in?  I'm pretty sure they keep them for 7 yrs....
