How can I end an item?

It went missing after a convention, so I guess it was stolen. The END AN ITEM feature is gone! I had to cancel the order after someone bought it, but the only way to cancel was to relist. I still do not have the item!

@petitshiraz   You can only End items on your Active list, then they move to your Unsold file.  You can NOT Delete items from your Seller Hub Order list, I know I tried, there is NO Delete function.  There is however an Archive function but I think that is a recipe for Ghost relisting disasters ...

If you Relist it then you can End it and then Delete it from the Unsold file.

Is that a lot of extra work?  Yep, but that is how eBay programs these days, more steps, more scrolls, bury functions deeply or eliminate them completely.

They eliminated the Deleted page we used to have on The Classic pages.  What a great tool for the occasional "oops" ... I had one this week caused by how they handle the Unsold file and eliminating the count number in Seller Hub, accidentally deleted like 12 items.

They also eliminated Sellers being able to see WHO their Followers are ... you get the total but NO access to the list of IDs.  This was brought up on the Weekly Chat, more than once I think, they sort or acted like they didn't realize it at first ... then, in so many words, passed it on to the department that handles that ... a euphemism for:

1. No you can not see who is following you because you might try to take deals OFF the site

2. No we are not going to let you see who is following you because we don't think it's important

How do I end a listing on my active listings?

This is what I did, as I also lost some merchandise due to moving.  Go down to the bottom of the page and click on help, type in "end my listing" grant it, you have to click until you're blue in the face, but when you find the item you want to end click on it,  give the reason and say adios.  I personally think this was another bad move on ebays part.  What ever happened to being user friendly?  A lot of unnecessary extra work.
