I assume a smart seller like you is not going to sell $15k worth of goods on Fleabay.DONT SELL ANYTHING YOU CAN't AFFORD TO LOSE.

Sell elsewhere where you can accept wirtransfer .

If the buyer says your item is significantly not as described (SNAD) or it doesn't arrive and show tracking (INR) you WILL be refunding whether you want to or not.

When you are a new seller, eBay and Paypal have benchmarks you have to meet before you get quick access to your funds.  Typically it's 21 days or 3 days after confirmed delivery until you have a set number of successful transactions.

However, as the eaten tablecloth mentioned, buyers can claim not as described (SNAD) on eBay for up to 30 days and SNAD on paypal for up to 180 days and then can also file a CC chargeback if they decide they don't like the item or feel it's not what they expected.

All the "no returns" policy does is allow you to refuse what eBay calls a "remorse return", less than honest buyers will just claim SNAD in that case and you have to accept the return anyway.

It is possible to successfully defend a "no returns" policy on remorse returns but it takes a lot of extra work and patience.  Only you can decide if you want to pursue that fight each and every time a return comes around.

With some of the items that you are selling PayPal and eBay may see you as a high-risk seller.

They hold it until you can prove yourself.

What if you fail to ship? or the item gets lost or damaged while shipping?  You will be refunding.

What if you the item was nothing like the listing said?  You will be refunding.

The funds hold is "up to 21 days."  Once they have confirmed delivery (tracking), funds are usually released within 3 days.

Do you mean on a return,or are they holding money when a customer purchases?

As a new seller, Pay Pal can hold your funds for 21 days, but it is usually released 3 days after tracking shows the item has been delivered.

You are selling some high scammed items, so don't be surprised if you have some problems.

The coupon you are selling is in the wrong category, it should be listed in the classified ad section.

Since there is nothing to ship, your funds will be held for 21 days on it. If your buyer files an INR on it, you will be refunding and you will be out your coupon and your money.

Have a great day.

"NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS"

The above is useless if the buyer files an Item Not as Described dispute.

Because, sadly, your terms are useless... you may not take returns, but you give refunds.

Ebay and Paypal INAD policy trumps your no refund,no return, worse,it means you dont want it back,so now the buyer can keep the item and get his money back.

with cc chargeback, you also pay 20 for chargeback fee.

Not the coupons. If I am not allowed to list my own terms, why does anyone sell on ebay? If I sell $15k worth of items, the buyer can just say not as described and Im out $15k?

If you send the coupon by email, you have no tracking proof that the buyer got the item, and they can claim they didn't get it, and with no proof of the item being delivered, they will get their money back and your coupon.

As far as your terms, a seller can say what ever they want, but Ebays MBG over rules a sellers terms.

If they claim an item is not as described, you pay to have the item shipped back, and hope they send the right item back.

Have a great day.

you need to also put in "as is" to really get the full effect.... or how about this "this item is sold strictly as is, no returns or refunds under any circumstances. Once it leaves my hands I am no longer liable"

Open up one of your listings.

Read the section on your Return Policy.

It says:

Seller does not offer returns. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you received an item that is not as described in the listing.

So your No Returns policy is clearly trumped by the Money Back Guarantee,

any time a buyer claims they got an item which isn't as described.
