I need help as I don't use ebay very often, yesterday one of my item has sold and I was trying to print a label and I press the button "buy a label" I press the button but it didn't print and now it's showing that Item has dispatched.

I want to know what is the best advice in this situation?

or shall the item to the post office and can post it to the buyer with  a new postage?

please let me know I would appreciate it.

Find the Shipping Labels link in your My EBay then click on the transaction. You should see a choice to Reprint label.   The tracking number remains the same and no additional cost.  If  that doesn’t work you can Void label and get a refund.

If it shows dispatched/shipped then you have already paid for postage and have a tracking number. Why didn't the label print? Figure out why. If you figure it out you can reprint the label. Make sure it says "reprint" otherwise you are creating (and paying) for another label.

If you can't get the label to print and decide to take it to the post office, make sure you cancel or "void" the label that you already paid for. You will be refunded for it.

Sounds like it may be a problem with your printer.  Did you turn it on or have it plugged in?  I've done it before.  🙄 Void the previous label.  Not sure how long it takes to be refunded in the UK, you might want to follow up to see how that works in your country.  Then just reprint a new one.

Agree. will just add that under seller hub on top of your page hit orders. a drop down will show shipping labels. also turn off your printer & restart.

Make sure that your device and your printer on 'online" or in touch with other.  I forgot the exact word for it. Right now , my desktop printer does not "communicate" with the printer but my tablet does.  Also, if you have another device "linked". (I think that is the correct word) to the printer.  See if you can reprint from that device. Do not wait too long to void the label if you can't get it to print. You only have a few days to void.

Worse comes to worse, void and then print from another site like Pirateship or go to the post office and pay there.
